Ellie & Ash was started in 2009 by Elyse Tatreau and Ashley Phippard who at the time were working as pastry chefs at a local bakery.  The two bonded over a passion for cookies and were always having fun in the kitchen together.  What began as a way to help friends and family mark personal milestones spread through social media and the orders started rolling in!  

 

Ellie and Ash now proudly serve fresh, custom, hand-decorated, all-natural, non-GMO sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies across Massachusetts.  Our products have been favorites of local mom's groups, schools and sports teams.  From logos to favorite character designs, Ellie and Ash go the extra mile on custom designs.

In August of 2016, after an almost 13 year battle with Crohn’s disease, Elyse passed away from complications of Crohn’s disease, leaving her family and friends  too soon.  She lives on through the continued success of Ellie and Ash.

 

To honor of Elyse's memory, partial proceeds from every sale will be donated to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
